Hello!
I’m Aryadna Molina Hernandez, also known as Ary. Born and raised in San Jose, CA until I was 11 years old, I later on moved to the Central Valley and I have lived there up until now. I’m the eldest out of 4 sisters and I’m the first to go to college in my family. I enjoy listening to music, whether it’s J-Pop, Mexican music, Jazz or Hip-hop. Playing instruments, like the flute or bass drum, is something I dearly enjoyed as well. I played the flute for 6 years (4th grade up until my freshmen year of high school) and being a musician has shaped my love and view on music. My other interests are playing videogames, mainly Nintendo games, and occasionally watching anime. I enjoy them even more when they have Japanese culture implemented into it. Whether it’s folklore, history, or culture; I really enjoy learning different aspects of that.

Hobbies I have besides arts are reading books, like manga, comic books, and novels. Reading has developed my interest in art and storytelling; it has aspired me to develop my art skills and to one day write my own story.
Artist that Inspired Me
When it comes to my art, there are many artist who inspire and influence me. Music artists like J-Pop singer Eve and Jazz artist Carlos Eiene (insaneintherain) influence the vibe style of my art. Artist who inspired me and have shaped my art styles are Aki Irie, Satoshi Yamamoto, Mato, Rachel Smythe, and more. These artist have shaped me over the years on how I draw and express myself.

Being an artist or designer is about putting your skills, interest, and techniques into the work you make. The work you create should reflect who you are, interest and who you are as an individual.
